Scope

This policy applies to the Agento Admin app and dashboard used by business owners, administrators, staff, and secretaries.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the Agento Admin service, including:

• Account information such as name, email address, and password-based login credentials
• Business information such as business name, phone number, address or location, tax/VAT identifier (AFM), plan details, and plan expiry date
• Operational data you add in the dashboard, such as customer names, customer email addresses, customer phone numbers, appointment records, staff and secretary profiles, schedules, working hours, and store settings
• Images and files you upload for store profiles, galleries, or staff profiles
• Push notification device tokens where notifications are enabled on supported devices

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, cross-app tracking, or selling. We do not use third-party analytics SDKs or crash-reporting tools in this app.

Why we collect it

• Create and authenticate administrator, staff, and secretary accounts
• Set up and manage business profiles, locations, schedules, services, and staff
• Manage customers, appointments, customer history, and operational workflows
• Store uploaded profile and business images
• Send functional notifications and service-related communications
• Maintain security, control access permissions, and support the service

• Information you provide directly when using the Agento Admin app
• Information entered by authorized users about their business, staff, and customers
• Authentication data provided through Firebase Authentication when you sign in
• Notification tokens provided by the operating system or Firebase Cloud Messaging on supported devices

Push notifications

We may send push notifications for functional reasons such as account activity, appointment-related updates, and service messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings where supported.

Third-party processors

We use the following service providers to operate the product:

• Firebase Authentication for login and account management
• Cloud Firestore for application database storage
• Firebase Storage for uploaded images and files
• Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications
• Cloud Functions for backend operations related to the service

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. They do not have permission to use your data for their own marketing.

Data sharing

We do not sell data or share data with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only with the processors listed above, with authorized users within the same business account according to their role and permissions, or when required by law.

Retention

We retain personal and business data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain account records, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.

Security

We use Firebase platform security features, including:

• Encryption in transit using TLS
• Encryption at rest provided by the platform
• Authentication and access controls for authorized users

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with industry practice.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Children
